Supervised Visitation Monitor
Low Desert Services offers visitation monitoring that is non-biased, confidential, professional, and child centered. The complete and total commitment by all parties to the success of the supervised visitations is vital at every stage. YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY. Both supervised visits and supervised exchanges are designed to assure that a child can have contact with parents in a neutral and secure environment. It's a tool that can help families as they go through difficult and/or transitional times. By making the most of supervised visits, you can show the court, your co-parent, and most importantly your child that you have great intentions and are willing to do whatever it takes. You probably have many concerns and questions, very understandable. Just do your best to focus on your relationship with your child(ren). Our monitors are Trustline and fingerprint cleared, Mandated Reporter trained (child abuse and neglect) and have received training (basics) in child and adult CPR & First Aid.

Reasons for Supervised Visitation
If there are allegations of domestic violence, child abuse, neglect, or substance abuse, the court may order supervised visitation to protect the child. The court may also order supervised visitation if it believes it is in the best interest of the child, even if there are no specific safety concerns. The level of supervision can range from continuous monitoring to intermittent checks, depending on the specific circumstances. The court may also order a monitored exchange, where a neutral third party is present during the transition of the child(ren) between parents.
THE SAFETY & BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD(REN)!
